Hyundai Rivière-du-Loup is seeking an experienced and motivated Service Director. As the department lead, you’ll be responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring efficient after-sales service operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the after-sales team to provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Oversee scheduling, technician management, and repair coordination.
- Ensure smooth communication between sales, parts, and service departments to optimize daily processes.
- Respond promptly to customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve department performance and meet service and sales goals.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
- Ensure compliance with Hyundai’s quality and safety standards.

- Extensive experience in after-sales management within the automotive sector.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
